Choose from three series:

Each series is designed for specific duty-cycles, while maintaining the highest surface finish quality at their rated speed. They can be configured very much the same way, starting with 2 shafts, and can each be expanded to 12 shafts. The key differences between the three models involve the design, weight, and size of the cutter blocks, and their counter-bearing and feed systems, which determine how fast the machines can process and produce finished timber products.

blade drumsRex planers include specialty design, such as adjustable upper unit thicknesser for timber and plastic. Even metal is being processed with Rex machines, but the company really makes its mark with these timber systems.

Rex four-sided planers solve profiling applications by calibrating first with the horizontal cutter heads, then adding multiple spindles to achieve the desired profiling process. This assures highest surface finish quality for any application.

Rex planers use a cardanic drive shaft system that feeds even wet and frozen wood. Interchangeable tool systems (cone or hydraulic tensioning, reversible blade and spiral systems) make any timber processing possible.

Commercial: TimberMaster

Multi-functional automatic planer that offers all the ability of the above, but at an entry level that meets many more budgets. The TimberMaster can process cants, glulams, log profiles, two-by material, tongue and groove, etc. at a most affordable price. It can also be delivered as a two-sided machine.

  • Rex cutter heads with hydro locking, can be easily removed for knife changes. On the vertical units, profile tools can be used as an alternative.
  • The flying circle of the vertical heads can range from minimum ø160 mm, to maximum ø 200 mm. for a profile depth of maximum 20 mm. For special application we offer also 250 mm
