Prices
All prices are in US dollars. Canadian customers will
be billed the equivalent amount in Canadian dollars according
to the current exchange rate on the day the order is
processed.
Canadian customers: GST/HST extra. Ontario customers
pay GST and PST.
Shipping
Operational Guarantee
- We offer a satisfaction guarantee
with all the tools we sell. If the tool does not work
as well as we said it would for your application, we
will first analyze the problem, exchange it for another
machine or model, or finally accept a return within 30
days. (The goods must be freight pre-paid, insured,
in resalable condition with original box)
Warranty
- Our power tools, drill guides and drill bits are guaranteed
for one year against mechanical defects. Our hand tools
are guaranteed for lifetime against mechanical defects.
We will attempt to repair, send spare parts or other.
Due to the vast distances involved we expect reasonable
co-operation in handling the repair transaction. If return
to us is required, we expect goods to be freight pre-paid,
insured. We will pay the cost of returning the repaired
goods back to you.
Service
- Along
with Chain Sharpening, if there is ever a need, we service
and repair all our tools in-house and have replacement parts
in stock.
